As classmates for over a decade our team has faced, and overcome a myriad of problems. However, there was one problem we could never solve: back pain. Stemming from years of grueling work at uncomfortable school desks and poor posture, we all began developing back pain in our early teenage years. However, once we learned of the hundreds of millions worldwide suffering from back pain, pressure ulcers, and even blood clots, all stemming from poor seating we resolved to provide a newer, cheaper, and better solution to seating for all.

To us, this innovation is more than just a business. Billions of people worldwide suffer day in and day out, yet there are no clear solutions. We here at SmartSeat hold the belief that no one should suffer from easily preventable pains and risks. That’s why we are here to make a difference. We’re dedicated to providing a solution to help hundreds of millions save money, feel healthier, and live longer.
